Vet Finish Line, LLC — Affiliate Program Agreement
By applying to the Vet Finish Line Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you agree to the terms below. Vet Finish Line, LLC ("Vet Finish Line," "we," "us") may update these terms at any time; continued participation means you accept the current version.
Eligibility. You must currently be enrolled in, or have graduated from, a college of veterinary medicine accredited by the AVMA Council on Education. You must also be based in the United States and able to receive payment in the U.S. We may ask for proof of your student or graduate status, and may decline or remove anyone who does not meet this requirement.
1. Enrollment & Approval. Participation is by application and is not guaranteed. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove any affiliate at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion.
2. Commissions. You earn a fixed commission of $40.00 per qualifying sale that is properly attributed to you. A sale qualifies only if it is completed and fully paid, and is not later refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent. Commissions on cohort, group, or invoice‑billed enrollments are excluded.
3. Tracking & No Retroactive Credit. Sales are attributed through your unique referral link (and, where issued, your assigned coupon code). You are credited only when a customer's referral is recorded before they purchase. No commission is paid on any sale that occurred before the referral was tracked, and credit cannot be claimed retroactively.
4. Coupon Codes. If we issue you a coupon code, it may be used only as provided and only on eligible products. Coupon codes may not be used on cohort or invoice‑billed enrollments. You may not post your code to coupon, deal, cashback, or discount‑aggregator websites.
5. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to: (a) refer your own purchases or purchases by your household or anyone acting on your behalf ("self‑referrals"); (b) bid on, or use in paid search, "Vet Finish Line," our trademarks, or confusingly similar terms; (c) send spam or unsolicited messages; (d) make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Vet Finish Line, the NAVLE®, pass rates, outcomes, or any guarantee; (e) misrepresent yourself as Vet Finish Line or an official representative; (f) engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any deceptive tracking; or (g) promote in any unlawful, harmful, or brand‑damaging manner.
6. Payments & Taxes. Approved commissions are paid after a holding period once any applicable minimum is met, using the payout method on file. You are an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes and for providing accurate payout and tax information. We may withhold or reverse commissions tied to refunds, chargebacks, violations, or fraud.
7. Relationship. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Vet Finish Line, and have no authority to bind us or make representations on our behalf.
8. Changes & Termination. We may change commission rates, terms, or end the Program at any time. Either party may terminate participation at any time. Unpaid commissions for qualifying sales earned before termination will be paid, subject to these terms.
9. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
