What we look for
  • DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited school
  • Passed the NAVLE® (any number of attempts welcome)
  • Comfortable teaching in a live virtual format
  • Reliable internet connection and availability for evening sessions

NAVLE® Learning Specialist & Exam Coach

Learning Specialist

Work 1:1 with veterinary students on the skills beneath the content — study strategy, pacing, and exam-day performance for one of the highest-stakes tests of their careers.

What we look for
  • Background in educational psychology, learning sciences, or a related field
  • Experience with high-stakes professional licensing exams (NAVLE®, USMLE, NBME, etc.)
  • Skilled in 1:1 coaching or tutoring for adult learners
  • Familiarity with executive function challenges and diverse learning needs
  • Comfortable working in a remote, flexible environment
