VFL Foundation PASS Guarantee

If you score a FAIL during the NAVLE® testing window you registered for, choose between a full refund of your registration cost or complimentary enrollment in a future VFL Foundation program within one year of your exam date.

Conditions

1. Request a refund by email to info@vetfinishline.com
2. Make this request within 14 days of scores being released
3. Attach a video of yourself logging into your ICVA account showing you scored a FAIL (any score below the NAVLE® passing standard as determined by ICVA)
4. Attach proof that you sat for the NAVLE® during the enrolled testing window
5. Must have attended a minimum of 3 tutoring sessions per week for all 8 weeks of the program, as verified by Zoom attendance reports and participation in lecturer-led MCQs answered during sessions
6. Must participate in an exit interview with a Vet Finish Line team member
7. Must be currently attending or have attended an AVMA-accredited school
8. Purchases made on or after the first day of the enrolled tutoring window are not eligible for this guarantee
9. Complimentary re-enrollment must be redeemed within one year of the date of the failed exam

This guarantee may be used once per student. A complimentary re-enrollment window is not covered by a further guarantee — if you do not pass after it, no additional refund or re-enrollment is offered. No other refunds are offered after purchase.

VFL Accelerate PASS Guarantee

If you score a FAIL during the NAVLE® testing window you registered for, choose between a $1,500 refund or complimentary re-enrollment in a future VFL Accelerate program within one year of your exam date.

Conditions

1. Request a refund by email to info@vetfinishline.com
2. Make this request within 14 days of scores being released
3. Attach a video of yourself logging into your ICVA account showing you scored a FAIL (any score below the NAVLE® passing standard as determined by ICVA)
4. Attach proof that you sat for the NAVLE® during the enrolled testing window
5. Must have attended a minimum of 3 tutoring sessions per week for all 8 weeks, as verified by Zoom attendance reports and participation in lecturer-led MCQs answered during sessions
6. Must have attended all scheduled private tutoring and Amy Rowe sessions, as verified by Zoom attendance reports and participation in lecturer-led MCQs answered during sessions
7. A private session forfeited due to a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or a no-show still counts as a scheduled session for attendance-eligibility purposes
8. Must participate in an exit interview with a VFL team member
9. Must be currently attending or have attended an AVMA-accredited school
10. Purchases made on or after the first day of the enrolled tutoring window are not eligible
11. Re-enrollment must be redeemed within one year of the date of the failed exam

VFL Elite PASS Guarantee

If you score a FAIL, choose between a $4,000 credit toward future VFL enrollment or a $3,000 cash refund.

Conditions

2. Make this request within 14 days of scores being released
3. Attach a video of yourself logging into your ICVA account showing you scored a FAIL (any score below the NAVLE® passing standard as determined by ICVA)
4. Attach proof that you sat for the NAVLE® during the enrolled testing window
5. Must have attended all scheduled private tutoring sessions throughout the program, as verified by Zoom attendance reports. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled by VFL do not count against eligibility
6. A private session forfeited due to a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or a no-show still counts as a scheduled session for attendance-eligibility purposes
7. Must participate in an exit interview with a VFL team member (minimum 30-minute video call)
8. Must be currently attending or have attended an AVMA-accredited school
9. Purchases made on or after the first day of the enrolled tutoring window are not eligible

This guarantee may be used once per student. Enrollment purchased with the $4,000 credit is not covered by a further guarantee — if you do not pass after it, no additional credit or refund is offered. No other refunds or credits are offered after purchase.

Sponsored Enrollments — School & Hospital Cohorts

If an organization — a school or a hospital — purchased your enrollment, this section replaces the refund and credit options in the guarantees above. No cash remedy applies to a sponsored enrollment, in any program. Everything else about your program’s guarantee — the eligibility conditions, the attendance requirement, the claim process — applies to you exactly as written.

Sponsored Foundation students: meet the Foundation conditions above and score a FAIL, and you receive complimentary enrollment in the next VFL Foundation window — and every window after that, until you pass.

Sponsored Accelerate students: you keep the heart of the Accelerate guarantee. Meet the Accelerate conditions above and score a FAIL, and you receive complimentary re-enrollment in a future VFL Accelerate window — the full program, group and private tutoring alike, on us. If you need more support after that window, the Foundation promise takes over: complimentary Foundation windows until you pass.

Sponsored Elite students: meet the Elite conditions above and score a FAIL, and you receive the $4,000 VFL Credit toward re-enrollment in a future Elite window — pay the difference and go through the full private 1:1 program again. Or choose the Foundation promise instead: complimentary Foundation windows until you pass. Either way, the choice is yours.

To keep your complimentary seat, keep doing the work. Each free window carries the same conditions as your original guarantee — including attending a minimum of 3 tutoring sessions per week and sitting for the NAVLE® in your enrolled window. Meet the conditions and fail, and the next window is on us again. If the conditions are not met in a window, the guarantee ends there. The re-enrollment always belongs to you, the student — never to the organization.
